The Fallen Ones is a short story about love, lust, and sacrifice. I enjoyed this short story, though I wish it had been longer. The story held my attention throughout, and the author added in some new elements to a classic tale. My only frustration came when the story ended too quickly. I'm looking forward to reading more of Taylor's work.
Short, sexy and it contains a mystery! What a powerful combination for a short story. I was completely engrossed in this story and I was astounded when I finished it as it seemed too quick. I think this may be my favourite read by this author so far! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!
I enjoyed this short story immensely, I was hooked from the first few pages, I was not expecting a short story to grip me the way that The Fallen Ones did.
It was a really great read, there is mystery, sex, murder and dare I say it love. I found that everything was tied up in a nice little bow at the end, but I hope that this may be a prequel to something more (just my little wish), I want more of Hanna and Nicholas.

This one nabs immediately. It has a fairy tale feel, but it is also very steamy and groundedThe Fallen Ones. It is ultimately a supernatural love story about dreams, dark reality, and sacrifice. Well worth the read.
